Affiliate RV Resorts
You must belong to a membership park, Klamath River RV Park (Home Resort) that will then offer, for an additional amount the opportunity to
join one or both of these organizations. For $10 per night, members can stay in one of a network of membership parks throughout the country.
Cabin rentals are available at some resorts. The most popular of these companies are: Coast to Coast Resorts (CCC) and Resort Parks
International (RPI)

What are Membership Affiliations?
Membership Affiliations are a network of RV Resorts that have been approved to participate and provide use privileges to their members. These
resorts pay substantial affiliation fees and meet stringent requirements to participate. Klamath River RV Park offers memberships that are
affiliated with the largest networks of private membership camping resorts, Coast to Coast (CCC) and Resort Parks International (RPI).
Affiliations provide a reciprocal service which expands the recreation and vacation opportunities derived from membership in a Home Resort.

How long can I stay at a Affiliate Resort
This depends on the level of membership you purchased a your Home Resort. Klamath River RV Park offer three levels of Membership, Basic,
limited stays in the Home Park but Maximum Stays in Affiliate Resorts. Mid-level limited Affiliate stays and Maximum Home Resorts stays for
guests who will staying at Klamath River RV Park for extended periods. "The Works" with Maximum stays at Affiliate Resorts and Home Resort,
KRRVP.
How do I become a Member?
By joining one of any of the 400 affiliated resorts, you may camp at any of the these resorts for $10 per night. The general public cannot join an
affiliation alone. Affiliation is gained through the establishment of a "Home Resort". If you are a member of an affiliated resort, you are
eligible to join.
What does it cost?
The initial membership fee is determined by the member's Home Resort. Members renew their affiliations yearly. Prices generally costs
between $60-$90 per year.
What is the relationship between Affiliations such as CCC and RPI and the individual RV Parks?
RV Parks are licensed as an affiliate. However, affiliations such as CCC or RPI does not own or operate the individual RV parks.
Does a membership run on a calendar year or does it start from the date submitted on the application?
A membership will go for 12 months from the date you join.
How long will it take to receive my membership card?
Your permanent membership card should reach you within 30 days from the time your application is received by the affiliation. Your Home
Resort will issue you a temporary membership card good for 60 days from the date you join.
May I begin using the membership service immediately?
Certainly. You may begin using the affiliated resorts as soon as you receive your temporary membership card. A temporary membership card
provided by your Home Resort will give you immediate access.
What do I need to be admitted to an affiliated resort?
An Affiliation Membership Card, a Home Resort I.D. and a drivers license.
When do I pay my affiliation annual dues?
Members receive a renewal notice each year prior to their anniversary date
If I decide not to renew my affiliation but change my mind later on, can I renew it a later date?
Yes, however there is a $100.00 reinstatement fee plus the applicable renewal fee.
If I sell my resort membership, is the new owner eligible to join the Affiliations?
Yes, but the affiliation must be notified in writing of the transfer of membership. An application must also be signed by the new owner and a
transfer fee must be paid.
How do I know which resorts participate in the program?
First, check your Resort Directory. You may also check with your Home Resort or give the affiliation a call.
Do all resorts have RV sites?
All the RV resorts do. However, some resorts are accepted into the program on a provisional basis while under construction. These resorts have
agreed to build RV sites and extensive recreational facilities but may not have everything at first.
May I bring guest to the resorts?
Yes, but the number of persons per site reservation is limited to one family unit plus two additional persons and no more than four 4 adults.
If I have a question regarding an affiliation, what should I do first?
First, consult your travel directory. If your not able to find the answer contact the affiliation member services at the toll free numbers
provided in the directory.
Definitions
1) Affiliated Resort
A resort that had been approved for affiliation and agrees to provide reciprocal privileges to members.
2) Home Resort
The affiliated resort at which you are a member / owner.
3) Host Resort
The affiliated resort which will be accommodating your reservation.
4) Member
An affiliated resort member/owner in good standing with their Home Resort and affiliation (i.e. current on all appropriate fees).
5) RV Resort
These resorts have RV sites and facilities for RV enthusiasts.
6) RV Site
Facilities to accommodate various types of recreational vehicles. For example: Motor-homes, campers, travel trailers, pop-ups and fifth wheels.

Memberships
The membership is only available to members of a resort that is affiliated. The affiliation membership dues are separate from your Home
Resort dues.
Membership Identification
All members are required to present a Home Resort membership card and their affiliation membership card upon check-in. Members without
proper identification will not be accepted at the Hosting Resort. Please be sure you have these two items prior to your visit. Additional and/or
replacement membership cards may be ordered through Member Services Office for $5.00. In the event that your card has been lost or stolen
and you are on the road, the affiliation can verify your membership with the park you are scheduled to visit.
Making a Reservation
Be sure to carefully and completely read all the reservation information provided.
1) Select a resort you would like to visit
2) Select your arrival and departure dates
3) Have your Affiliation Membership ID number ready
4) Call the affiliations Central Reservation number listed in the resort travel guide, or visit the affiliations website for online reservations.
